Himalaya Yoga Valley is a perfect place for learning yoga and Reiki. It is situated in the mountain range of Kangra Valley, the centre is surrounded by fascinating landscapes and natural beauties. It is an ideal location away from city and stressful modern life. The centre offers beginner to advanced level courses including yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga and Reiki. Lalit has been practicing yoga for last fifteen years teaching nationally and internationally. He has trained national and inter-national students with his self developed easy to learn and adopt friendly yoga approach. Both beginner and advance practitioners have enjoyed learning and practicing with him. Lalit has studied Ashtanga and Hatha yoga from the age of seven at the traditional yoga school Gurukulam. He has studied with well known yoga Master and participated in deep therapy sessions and yoga workshops. He is also Reiki Master.His teaching comes from heart which makes it unique and interesting. Yoga centre is located in the vicinity of Mcleodganj the seat of H.H. The Dalai Lama.
