About Ashtanga Yoga .
The great teacher tirumalai Krishnacharya was a pivotal force in the development of the various strands of yoga as we know it now particularly yoga  ashtanga vinyasa. the Ashtanga vinyasa is specific set of postures  linked by the breath and always practiced in the same order . This yoga can be extremely challenging at the first but when peristence you will experience deep change on every level. Ashtnga vinyasa series develop strong muscle ,increases  lung capacity ,improves the health , efficiency of the internal organs and stimulate the immune system. By focusing on the combined rhythm of breath and movement you will improve the minds ability to concentrate.
